Many restaurants still receive reservations and inquiries through manual channels (WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook Messenger, email, web). This often generates:
- Delayed or inconsistent responses
- Loss of reservations due to friction (unnecessary back and forth)
- Staff overload
- Fragmented conversations (no single history)
2. The Solution
Implement a Multi-channel AI Front Desk connected to your reservation logic.
This assistant can:
- Understand reservation requests and frequently asked questions
- Ask for missing data (date/time, party size, notes)
- Create reservation requests for approval when applicable
- Respond in the correct language
- Escalate to a human when necessary, maintaining the conversation thread
3. What We Offer (2 Options)
Option 1 — AI Front Desk (Multi-channel Chatbot)
Objective: Automate responses and generate reservation requests from multiple channels.
Includes:
- Multi-channel Chatbot (according to agreed channels): WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Email and/or Web
- Main flows:
- Reservation (data capture)
- Frequent inquiries (FAQ)
- Routing to request when appropriate
- Language(s) and base tone configuration
- Delivery ready to operate (configured for 1 restaurant)
Estimated delivery: 1.5 weeks from receiving all necessary information.
Option 2 — AI Front Desk + CRM
Objective: Everything in Option 1 + a CRM and analytics layer to operate and understand your customers and the business.
Includes:
- Everything included in Option 1
- CRM with:
- Control of users who passed through the platform with their available data
- Order and spending history (includes monthly spending metrics and by product type when data exists)
- For dine-in: the restaurant can load what was consumed (manual loading by the restaurant)
- Menu Analytics: product performance by day / trends and comparisons
- Configurable Alerts (re-engagement):
- Ex: frequent customer who hasn't visited for X days → trigger personalized message/offer
- Offers based on history (habitual products/times, etc.)
- Personalized training/adjustment of the bot (based on policies, approach, and real cases)
Estimated delivery: 3 weeks from receiving all necessary information.

7. Additional Restaurants
To add more restaurants to the same project:
Each additional restaurant maintains the same base setup per option, but with 50% discount on the setup:
- Option 1: €500 per additional restaurant
- Option 2: €1,000 per additional restaurant
If the case is 2+ restaurants, a custom scheme can be proposed (by volume and operation).
8. Payment Plan
- 50% upfront at the start (to begin setup)
- 50% upon delivery (when the product is ready)
- The monthly fee starts charging from the second month
- The first month is included (waived) from go-live
This proposal is valid for 1 week from the date of issue.
